9 tasty food combinations to avoid

9 tasty food combinations to avoid

Hi, friends, we are used to eating food in combination like milk with fruits, cheese with meat, etc.

But you should be careful while combination food together because some food combinations can be dangerous and fatal.

So today I am going to mention nine dangerous food combinations.

food and water/ Juice

water dilutes your stomach acid and reduces their effectiveness in breaking down proteins, carbohydrates, and fat.

So, drink water ten minutes before the meal.

This will keep you from diluting the stomach enzyme.

Milk and Citrus Fruits

Milk and Citrus Fruits

  • Milk is difficult to digest.
Now what happens when a lemon is squeezed into milk, it coagulates due to acidity.

The same thing happens inside the stomach and the acidity causes heartburns and gas.

Lime and Cough Medicines

It may cause hallucination, sleepiness, deepening severe muscle damage, etc.

So avoid taking lime with cough medicine.

Banana and Milk

It causes heaviness in the body and slows down the mind.

If you are a fan of banana milkshake, you can add some nutmeg or cinnamon to stimulate your digestive system.

Chocolate and Ritalin

It causes erratic behavior and seizures.

So, avoid chocolate and Ritalin together.

Yogurt and Fruit

Yogurt contains bacteria that will act on the sugar present in fruits.

This will result in food poisoning, cold, etc.

You can avoid this problem by using unflavored yogurt at room temperature and mix in honey.

Cinnamon or raisins instead of fresh fruits.

Dairy Product and Antibiotic

Never use dairy products with antibiotics.

Apple juice and Allergy Medicine

Never combine apple juice and allergy medicine.
